08 Jun, 2016 CREATE A VIDEO FOR ‘SOMEONE SOMEWHERE IN SUMMERTIME’
To help Universal Music celebrate the new editions of ‘New Gold Dream (81-82-83-84)’ they’re staging a competition to make a video for ‘Someone Somewhere (In Summertime)’.
Despite its being released as a single, an official video was never made for the song so they are working with ‘The Creative Commission’ to right the wrongs of the past with a prize of £2500 for the winning pitch !
Jim and Charlie will decide which video gets commissioned and we will premiere the finished work on Simple Minds’ Facebook and official YouTube and VEVO channels on July 27th… two days before the release of the new box set.
