HELP WITH DOWNLOAD CENTRE PURCHASES

PROBLEM: I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT A PURCHASE FROM SIMPLEMINDSSHOP.COM
SOLUTION:
The Simple Minds Shop has a separate and different login from your Simpleminds.com login. For direct contact with the shop please email shop@simpleminds.com or visit the SHOP CONTACT PAGE for immediate assistance.

PROBLEM: HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE? / I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DOWNLOAD ACCESS EMAIL.
SOLUTION:
The DOWNLOAD ACCESS email is not required to enable access of your downloads.

LOGIN and click 'MY DETAILS'.

If the email displayed is inaccurate update it by clicking 'CHANGE EMAIL' then typing in your new email below [twice] and clicking SUBMIT.

Click the red 'ORDER HISTORY' button to view your purchases [This button is always available in 'MY DETAILS] and click 'DOWNLOAD NOW' on the product you wish to download.

On the Download Access page that appears enter your email address and follow the instructions. [The security code has automatically been entered.]

On the page that appears click on the TITLE of the product you wish to download. On the box that appears choose 'SAVE' [not 'OPEN'] and select an area on your computer to store your purchase.

 
PROBLEM: I CANNOT GAIN ACCESS TO THE MEMBERS AREA.
SOLUTION:
To gain access to the Free Members Area, you must first LOGIN. If you do not have a username and password then click REGISTER on the LOGIN page and create an account.

Once LOGGED IN click FREE MEMBERS AREA then click ENTER. Choose and click an item to view or download.
If it's your first time then you may then be asked to confirm your email address by following the instructions given on screen which will involve clicking a link in an email that will be sent to you.

Once you have clicked the link in this email you will then have access to the Members Area. It will be unlocked.

If you receive emails in plain text format then copy the long link from the confirmation email and paste into your browsers address bar and hit enter. [remember the entire link must be copied..dont forget the end section!]

N.B.!
Each time you attempt to verify your email address a new access code is created and a new email is sent to you, so you must only use the link in the LATEST email that you receive.

 
PROBLEM: MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR PURCHASE CODE COULD NOT BE AUTHENTICATED FOR DOWNLOADING.
SOLUTION:
Possibly the access code or email address has been entered incorrectly. The email address must match the address displayed when you log in and click 'MY DETAILS'. If you are copying your link from an email in 'Plain Text' format then ensure that the link you copied to your browser address bar has been copied completely. Missing any text from the end of the link will prevent access.
 
PROBLEM: MY LOGIN DETAILS ARE REFUSED.
SOLUTION:
Ensure you are typing in your details correctly. If the problem persists click FORGOTTEN PASSWORD on the Login Page and type in your email address and request a PASSWORD HINT or a NEW PASSWORD. Your new password together with your username will be sent to the email address you have previously registered.
 
PROBLEM: WHEN WILL MY DOWNLOAD ARRIVE?
SOLUTION:
Downloads are not sent to you. You can access your digital product by following the instructions above and downloading it to your computer.
 
PROBLEM: ERROR: MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS ALREADY IN USE!
REASON:
More than one account exists using your registered email address.
SOLUTION:
Go to the LOGIN page [you may need to LOGOUT first]. Click FORGOTTEN PASSWORD and enter your email address in the correct box. Click 'EMAIL MY DETAILS'. Your account details, including a newly generated password, will be sent to your email address. Use this account to LOGIN and visit MY DETAILS to update your information. Use this account to LOGIN in future.
 
PROBLEM: MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR CARD NUMBER IS ASSOCIATED WITH AN EXISTING PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
SOLUTION:
You must pay using your PAYPAL ACCOUNT or use a different email address or card. This is a policy of PAYPAL not SIMPLEMINDS.COM. We apologise for this inconvenience.
