Following today’s terrorist news story, many of London’s airports are under tight security alert, and this has resulted in many delayed and cancelled flights. Earlier today we announced that the security alert would have a major impact on tonight’s Simple Minds concert in Gothenburg (August 10th). However, the latest news just in tells us the concert promoter for the Gothenburg free concert has hired a private jet to fly the band from Brussels to Gothenburg. For all those people who will be attending tonight’s Gothenburg concert, please rest assured the concert is going ahead as planned.
