“Congratulations and good luck to the 11 to 12 year old the boys in Nelson college for Boys Preperatory School In New Zealand. Simple Minds are thrilled that they used our song Let It All Come Down as the backdrop to their impressive and emotional animation film and we wish them all the best within the NZ Multimedia School Challenge Competition. Being so taken by their choice, we have now, after a period of more than six years reintroduced Let It All Come Down into our live set for our upcoming concert tour. Again we thank the boys and their teacher Fiona Sutherland for reminding us of the additional relevance to this tune that was used 20 years ago on various worldwide news channels while accompanying the momentous footage of a crumbling Berlin Wall.”
